As I’ve gotten older arthritis has started rearing its ugly head. When my spine became affected and spondylolisthesis and sciatica set in, the pain became nearly unbearable. When I could no longer walk around the block I sought help. I had traditional physical therapy for my back in the past and did not have high hopes this time around. But then I met Gianna. From the first visit, Gianna took the time to listen to me and to evaluate my body as a whole. She manipulated my spine and taught me how to manage my symptoms on my own. I have been so happy with my results and my ability to once again participate in 5ks that I have recommended Gianna to many of my senior-aged friends. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of Gianna and whisper a ‘thank you’ to her.
