The BEST exercise to calm down neck nerve pain


When you are having arm pain, numbness or tingling as a result of a nerve impingement in your neck, this is the best exercise to try first. Also useful if you have a stiff neck. (00:02) We're going to mobilize your cervical spine. For this one, there shouldn't be any pain whatsoever. You're going to let your head drop and relax and you're going to draw a semicircle with your chin from shoulder to shoulder.


(00:20) Really taking it as far as it will let you. So if it's a little bit stiff and you can ony do a little bit, that's fine.


(00:27) You're going to do 15 to 20 of these and try to do this one three to five times a day, especially if you notice that there are symptoms down your arm. This is going to be your go-to exercise to try to eliminate those symptoms and bring them back up.
