Dr. Gianna Bigliani, founder of Fluid Physio, LLC, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With over 15 years of experience guiding people through chronic pain and toward renewed mobility, Dr. Gianna has seen firsthand the power of community and holistic healing.

Her holistic approach connects body, mind, and emotions, empowering individuals to address pain at its root and achieve lasting well-being. Dr. Gianna is passionate about guiding people to not only move better, but also to cultivate a balanced, joyful life. She believes true healing happens when we nurture our physical, mental, and emotional health together.

Developed and described by researchers in pain science education, this approach invites participants to annotate or respond to materials by marking anything that surprises, annoys, confuses, personally resonates with, or provokes disagreement. Adapted from methods published and personally learned in “Teaching Patients About Pain: The Emergence of Pain Science Education” by Dr. Lorimer Moseley et al.

The schedule is subject to getting way better.  The retreat cost includes tuition for all programs, meals and accomodations.  Early bird prices until November 9th with $200 savings from full tuition.  ​You can pay full price or start with a $500 non-refundable deposit, and 2 additional installments with full payment due by January 15th, 2026.  Cancellation before January 15th, 2026 will receive 80% refund.  No refunds after January 15th, 2026.
