After working with Fluid Physio I saw a huge change in my ability to do squats, jumping, and lunges. I’m 18 years old and a soccer player.  This summer I had major problems with my knees where I couldn’t squat or lunge.  They would crack and be sore for days.  I got in contact with Gianna through CrossFit.  She really spent time on me to get me better before college preseason.  Now I can squat and lunge with weight and not be ridiculously sore the next day.  I’m thankful to have met Gianna.  She truly helped me become a better and healthier athlete.  I’m ready for Roger Williams soccer season!
