I had a lot of shoulder pain when doing “push-up” type exercises along with limited mobility in my foot. I tried blaming it on old age, ignored it and hoped it would go away. After a couple of years I figured I should probably do something about it. Gianna gave a “shoulder pain” lecture at my gym so I thought it would be a good idea to see what she had to say. Well, after two sessions of one on one therapy for both my shoulder and foot coupled with doing the right exercises with proper stretching, the shoulder and foot pain has been drastically reduced. I expect to be pain free in a few more weeks.
