Dr. Ana Bracilovic MD
Dr. Bracilovic is a board certified physician specializing in the non-operative care of spine, joint, muscle, and nerve pain. Dr. Bracilovic is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of Princeton Spine and Joint Center and the Director of Princeton Dance Medicine. She completed a dual degree program with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in biomedical engineering and neural systems. After medical school at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson, she completed her specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Bracilovic’s guiding philosophy is to treat each patient as she would want to be treated, to take time to establish and explain the correct diagnosis in detail and develop the most effective treatment plan.
Gianna Bigliani PT,DPT,OCS,CSCS
Dr. Bigliani is the founder of Fluid Physio, LLC. Since 2007, Dr. Bigliani has been helping people with pain, athletes of all levels, busy professionals, parents and grandparents who have been avoiding activities they love. She specializes in treating people with chronic conditions, injuries and pain who have not been able to respond to other traditional treatments. Her goal is to maximize everyone’s performance. She attended Temple University where she was a member of the Crew team for 4 years. After graduating with a BS in Exercise Physiology she became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She worked with athletes ranging from young kids to professional levels to maximize performance while continuing her training with rowing at the elite level. Dr. Bigliani returned to Temple University and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and an Orthopedic PT Residency. In addition, Dr. Bigliani is an Adjunct Faculty member at Drexel University, teaching Strength and Conditioning and periodization for performance.
Keri Mandell Owner/Founder of Empower Yoga
Keri started her journey with yoga twelve years ago while searching for a way to become more active and find balance in her life. Through the years, yoga transformed Keri physically, emotionally and spiritually, allowing her to connect with others, improve her fitness and gain a better understanding of her true inner-self. Being a true teacher at heart and having worked for over a decade as a special education teacher and school administrator, Keri knew that she wanted to share what she had learned with others. Keri is certified through Yoga Stream, My Vinyasa Practice, and Yoga Alliance. Keri is a 500 hour RYT. Off the mat, Keri enjoys participating in all sorts of physical activities. In fact, Keri is also a CrossFit Coach, marathoner, & triathlete. In July 2017, she completed her first Ironman and i February, 2020 she completed the World Marathon Challenge (7 Marathons, 7 Continents, 7 Days).
Kristi Rosenberg Functional Movement Specialist from KrosyWellness
Movement truly is magic for Kristi. Her tag line is #moveeveryjointeveryday. She is passionate about movement as well as teaching others how to move well in a smart, sustainable, and safe way. Her love for physical fitness blossomed as a child and ultimately fueled her to pursue teaching it as a second career. Kristi’s specialty is teaching functional movement, corrective exercise, and more therapeutic type practices with a fondness for yoga. Initially certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she discovered her true calling was in teaching others how to move better. Kristi’s keen eye and obsession with biomechanics, anatomy, and the mind-body connection led her to study almost exclusively with physical therapists, and physicians. She currently teaches out of her private studio in Pennington, NJ as well as Yoga Stream Yoga Studio in Princeton, NJ. Her certifications span a variety of movement disciplines including Functional Movement Systems, I, II, Les Mills formats, TRX Suspension Systems, Barre, Mat 1 Pilates, and is currently 300 hours into her 500 Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor certification. Kristi earned her bachelor of Accounting from NC State University and compiled almost 20 years of experience in the business world and mostly public accounting. Although she enjoys the work and daily challenges of the profession, Kristi prefers to be on her mat.
