Bring running sneakers.
60’ Session to assess running form, strength, and mobility.
Post session write up on running analysis given after session.
Discuss current training and goals if applicable to continued coaching.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours. Full payment for session if client cancels later or does not show for session.
