We believe that everyone has the right to live their life to the fullest; with our holistic approach we help people achieve unrestricted movement and improve their performance faster, taking traditional physical therapy to the next level.

We are different than other Physical Therapy practices because of our approach: First, we identify YOUR goals and expectations. We EXAMINE your issues, ANALYZE your current situation and STRATEGIZE a program that works with your “real” work day and ENABLES you to succeed. Focusing on Manual Therapy and Movement Re-education you will return to pain-free optimal performance and function much faster than you think.

We can help with a new or chronic problem and treat injuries from head to toe! If you would like to speak to us about your pain, call (609)436-0336.

Steven Osovsky, PT, DPT, CSCS
NJ License #40QA01780800

Dr. Osovsky is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Dr. Steven Osovsky grew up in central New Jersey, where he has always been active throughout his childhood and teenage years, having participated in cross country and track throughout high school. He decided to stay local and attended Rutgers University – New Brunswick, where he studied Exercise Science & Sport Studies with a minor in Psychology. Following his undergraduate studies, he earned his Doctor of Physical degree as well as his Master’s degree in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science from the University of Delaware.

Since graduate school, Dr. Osovsky has gained experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports, working with patient populations of various ages, backgrounds, and musculoskeletal-related conditions. To further expand his knowledge of sports and rehabilitation, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and spent time as a personal trainer at a gym and coach for a local swimming team’s strength and conditioning program in 2019. Given his background as a recreational runner, he has a particular interest in working with the running population, combining both his strength and conditioning and rehabilitation background to reduce risk of injury and maximize performance.

Overall, Dr. Osovsky’s goal is to return his patients to the activities that are meaningful to them. He takes a holistic approach to their care focusing not only on musculoskeletal related issues but on the person as a whole. He is a proponent of collaborative care, in which he and his patients work together to come up with their individualized plan of care to ultimately help them achieve their goals.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Osovsky is an avid sports fan and continues to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Recently moving to the Princeton area with his girlfriend Cassandra and cat, Suzie, he is looking forward to exploring the area as well as taking any recommendations for restaurants and things to do!
